Dr. Alina Jafferbhoy is a warm and caring general dentist with a deep passion for pediatric oral health. She completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from A.T. Still University – Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health, where she also received a Certificate in Public Health with a dental emphasis.
Dr. Jafferbhoy has always been drawn to working with children and finds joy in helping young patients feel safe, comfortable, and proud of their smiles. She is especially passionate about creating positive dental experiences early in life, knowing that a child’s first impressions of the dentist can shape their lifelong attitudes toward oral health.
Her pediatric-focused approach includes gentle techniques, kid-friendly language, and behavior guidance strategies tailored to each child’s needs. She believes in treating the whole child, not just their teeth, by fostering trust, educating families, and encouraging healthy habits that last into adulthood. Her background in public health further supports her commitment to preventive care and improving access to dental services for all children.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She looks forward to welcoming your child into the dental home and making every visit a positive, confidence-building experience!
